Introduction

OPS230R is Operational Handheld for Shunting(OPS) – for maintenance and shunting team members to communicate with each other in predefined areas (e.g.Dispatch precinct, station (yard) base station area, adjacent three stations and intervals, adjacent three base station cells, formation yard (sub-yard) base station area and other types of areas) for shunting operations communication mobile handheld terminal, the OPS is essentially a standard GSM mobile which has been adapted to operate on GSM-R networks. It is intended for use by maintenance and shunting team members . There is dedicated button for emergency call and it is rugged design at the level of IP68.It is based on Android platform bar type with keyboard for railway traditional use and with function keys(I,II,III and IV), PTT key, REC key to meet the professional railway requirement.
